Dr. Gerald Kiner, the esteemed founder of Shelby Safe, is a visionary leader with a passion for empowering individuals. He has dedicated himself to inspiring and mentoring others on their journey to spiritual, personal and professional success. Dr. Kiner's impact extends beyond his role as a published author, former Memphis school teacher, and Senior Pastor, to his pivotal position as a nationwide mentor for budding entrepeneurs.

1. Safety Intervention: I pledge to actively contribute to creating a safe environment for myself and others by advocating for safety interventions, promoting awareness, and taking proactive measures to prevent harm.
2. Violence Prevention: I pledge to stand against violence, injustice, and discrimination, and work towards fostering a culture of non-violence, empathy, and conflict resolution in our community.
3. Teachability and Mentorship: I pledge to adopt a teachable attitude, to learn and grow from experiences, and in turn, pass on my knowledge and guidance to empower and mentor others in our community.
